If f = 1.44 / [(R1 + 2R2) * C = 1.44 / [(680 + 2 * 680) * = 1n (1.44 / 2040) * 1n = 0.000705882 KHZ.
Then this formula is wrong or you are wrong you?
I wanted to take an opportunity to get 470 KHZ but at this point I find myself back at the starting point !!

I’ve checked the references of the circuit and updated the links, the calculation you make is regarding the two components that stabilize the swing, you do not consider that the cycle is generated by the 555, not the oscillator forming resistance and added capacitor (check the links I added). This circuit has been published in many other places.
He revisado las referencias del circuito y actualizado los links, el calculo que realizas es referente a los dos componentes que estabilizan la oscilación, no tienes en cuenta que el ciclo lo genera el 555, no el oscilador que forman la resistencia y el condensador añadidos (revisa los links que he añadido). Este circuito se ha publicado en muchos otros sitios.
