If f = 1.44 / [(R1 + 2R2) * C = 1.44 / [(680 + 2 * 680) * = 1n (1.44 / 2040) * 1n = 0.000705882 KHZ. 
Then this formula is wrong or you are wrong you? 
I wanted to take an opportunity to get 470 KHZ but at this point I find myself back at the starting point !!
